Few service providers can offer their clients the level of writer expertise acceptable to national print media outlets, in addition to providing an edge to the production of marketing collateral. Dragon Sisters ghost writers have achieved client exposure in Australian capital city leading newspapers, local print media, international press, magazine exposure, as well as a published book.
Within Dragon Sisters there are internationally experienced head hunters and recruitment specialists who have worked in the UK and Australian markets at all levels of recruitment cross industry. Head hunting expertise encompasses the international placement of senior personnel and CEOs in Germany, UK, Australia, USA and Singapore, for diverse industries, e.g. global marketing, marine engineering, steel fabrication, communications.
Please note that Recruitment & Head Hunting Services fees differ from our standard modus operandi (below). This service provision fee is 18% of total first year salary package (i.e. includes amortised company car value, commissions, bonuses, other package inclusions) and is payable in three instalments: upon appointment of service, upon production of short-list, upon employment commencement (i.e. start date).
A wide range of training has been developed and delivered by Dragon Sisters, including: public speaking, handling the media, telephone and face to face sales, networking, business development, fund-raising, gaining sponsorship, personnel management, event management, recruitment, train the trainer (and a lot more!) across industry and NFPs.
Many training packages are tailored to our clients’ particular sector, industry or market, ensuring relevance and effective, measurable trainee early adoption, thereby ensuring that all training provided is a results-producing investment!
Clients, including other service provision organisations, have commissioned Dragon Sisters to produce training packages, including train the trainer packages, tailored for their in-house use.
Dragon Sisters provides one-on-one consultation style training (favoured by senior corporate personnel), group class room on site or at our premises training and e- training packages (favoured by those preferring a self-paced style).
Dragon Sisters operates strictly on a fee for service basis. Each component of any service is quoted separately and can be stand alone or contracted as a fully inclusive package.
It is our custom to request 50% of the contract fee on engagement with balance of funds payment spread equally over each month for the term of the contract with the exception of Recruitment and Head-Hunting Services (please see above).
We provide monthly electronic reports to our clients and a final report at the conclusion of the project which measures the outcomes gained against the terms of the contract.
